Mindful, embodied therapy to reconnect your head and heart.

Welcome. If you’re tired of being the “responsible” one in your life, you’ve come to the right place. Maybe you’re exhausted from having to hold it together while others depend on you, and you’re feeling anxious, guilty, resentful, or burned out. Perhaps you’re so used to putting others first that you’re not sure what you even need or want anymore, or how to find the time and space to figure that out.

Therapy with me can be the first step in creating time and space for yourself. I specialize in helping people like you slow down and deepen your connection with yourself and your present-moment embodied experience, including your emotions, creative impulses, and intuition.

Through working with me as your therapist, you can reclaim your relationship with yourself and reconfigure how you relate to others and the world around you. I can help you learn to set healthy boundaries, manage and reduce anxiety, guilt, and resentment, and feel more connected to and invested in what matters to you. I believe that you and your feelings matter, and I want to empower you to put your needs first and to explore and fulfill your deepest desires. Because if you don’t, no one else will do it for you.
